南丰法院首批公益强制清算案件第一次债权人会议顺利召开

2.5px;">为持续优化营商环境，促进“僵尸企业”快速出清，10月25日，南丰法院依次顺利召开了江西省华源果业有限公司、南丰县常晖果业有限公司和南丰县福源汽车贸易有限公司强制清算三案第一次债权人会议，这是南丰法院首批试点的强制清算案件。为了节约司法资源、提高破产审判质效，该三案系通过“打包+公益管理人履职顺位”的方式指定江西维尔正律师事务所作为清算组，并统一适用快速审理方式。三场会议均由李美云、胡睿和李英法官组成合议庭主持，清算组和县市监局的工作人员到场参会。</span></p><p
