font-size: 20px;'>南丰县人民政府</span><span style='font-size: 20px;'>关于开展城区交通违法行为综合整治的通告</span></p><p><br></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>为进一步提升城市管理品质，规范城区道路通行秩序，创造文明、良好、有序的交通环境，根据创建省级卫生县城、文明城市要求，南丰县城市管理局、南丰县公安局交通警察大队根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》《江西省城市市容和环境卫生管理实施办法》等相关规定，决定在城区开展道路交通秩序集中大整治。现将有关事项通告如下：<br></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong>一、整治时间：</strong>2022年5月1日起。</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong>二、整治车辆</strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（一）非机动车（含小呗、青桔、美团、自行车、电动自行车）</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（二）二、三轮摩托车及电动摩托车</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（三）大、小型机动车</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong>三、违法行为</strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（一）乱停乱放</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（二）非法安装遮阳伞</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（三）驾驶二、三轮车未戴安全头盔</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（四）不按信号灯通行</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（五）不按车道行驶</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（六）违反规定载人</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong>四、停放要求</strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（一）二轮摩托及二轮电动车停放在人行道划定的专用停车区域内（车头朝外），不得停放在机动车停泊位内。</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（二）小车停放在街面临时停车泊位或停车场内，不得逆向停放，不得压线停放。</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>（三）货车、农用车、工具车和作业车一律停放在停车场内，城区停车泊位不得停放。</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong>五、处理流程</strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>对违法违规乱停乱放，非法安装遮阳伞的行为，给予车辆暂扣15天处罚，15天后带上驾驶证、身份证（原件和复印件)、安全头盔及相关手续到江西鸿塔实业（原长红纺织器材厂）厂内处理（不用交任何费用）。无牌车、无证车辆由交警部门依法处理。</section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>以上通告内容请广大市民自觉遵守，违者一律依法处罚，同时公安部门将对暴力抗法行为从重处理。 </section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>特此通告！</section><p style='text-align: right;'> </p><p style='font-size: 14px;line-height: 1.75;font-family: 思源黑体;letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></p></section></section></section></section><p><br></p></section><p data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io" style='margin-bottom: 0em;
