思源黑体;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 28px;'>经了解，吴某称其与被执行人陈某系亲属关系，该车辆曾办理抵押贷款，因被执行人陈某被判入狱，该车辆一直未还清贷款，导致车辆被抵押权人扣留，后其找到该抵押权人，还清了剩余贷款，将车辆开回，供自己使用。经调查，该车于2021年1月被我院查封，无法办理车辆过户手续。</span></p><section 15px;'>执行法官在说明来意后吴某母亲情绪激动，坚称该车为自己儿子花钱购买，为自己儿子所有，不愿配合法院执行，并以钥匙不在为由拒不交付车钥匙，对此执行法官联系上外出打工的吴某向其释法明理，告知其应配合法院执行，如不拒不配合，法院将对其作出处罚，同时也告知其应如何通过正当程序维护自身权益，解答吴某心中疑惑。刚开始吴某不理解，不配合，不愿交出车辆钥匙，并称“今天不可能让我们把车带走”。</span></p><section
