南丰县禁止燃放烟花爆竹的通告

text-indent: 2em;">一、全面禁燃区域和重点场所</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">（一）县城建成区。具体范围为：东至盱江以西（含水南村各村小组、桥背村各村小组、渡头村小组，林业局安置房），南至环城南路以北（含水北村路口、丰岭上村小组，果园村各村小组，考坑村石背、储家堡、下考坑村小组，安康小区、瀚茗尚品小区），西至环城西路以东（含考坑村上考坑村小组、梓和村揭家堡、沈家堡、彭家堡、应坊村小组及沿线小区），北至环城北路以南（含茅店村付家堡、大窠堡、江家坑、上堡村小组）。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">（二）县城建成区范围外的下列场所：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">1、文物保护单位、历史建筑保护区；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">2、自然保护区、饮用水水源保护区、旅游景区、山林、公墓、公共绿地；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">3、国家机关、医疗机构、养老机构、幼儿园、学校、公共文化设施；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">4、桥梁、车站、码头等交通枢纽以及铁路线路安全保护区；宾馆、酒店、公园、商场、影（剧）院、集贸市场、体育场馆、公共娱乐场所、停车场等人员密集的场所；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">5、高层建筑、地下建筑，建筑工地；易燃易爆危险物品生产、经营、储存、使用场所，输变电设施安全保护区和架空电力、通讯线路附近以及工厂、矿山内严禁烟火的场所；</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">6、法律、法规、规章以及市、县人民政府规定禁止燃放烟花爆竹的其他地点。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">二、违规燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安机关依据国务院《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十二条第二款规定责令停止燃放，处一百元以上五百元以下的罚款；不听劝阻，继续燃放，阻碍工作人员依法执行公务的或者违反国家规定买卖、储存、使用易燃易爆物品的，由公安机关根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》有关规定，给予治安管理处罚；未及时清理燃放产生的废弃物的，由城市管理部门依据《城市生活垃圾管理办法》(住房和城乡建设部令第24号) 第四十二条规定，责令停止违法行为，限期改正，对单位处以5000元以上5万元以下的罚款，对个人处以200元以下的罚款。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">三、广大市民应当自觉遵守规定，不在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的区域和场所燃放烟花爆竹。倡导市民文明环保节庆，文明节俭婚丧嫁娶、文明安全祭祀。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: medium; border-style: none; border-color: initial; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">四、全县中共党员、机关事业单位和国有企业干部职工、人大代表、政协委员、教育及卫生工作者应当带头文明节庆、文明庆典、文明祭祀，示范移风易俗，严格遵守禁燃烟花爆竹相关规定。公职人员违反烟花爆竹禁燃规定的，除接受公安或城管等部门处罚外，还将由县纪委监委问责处理。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;
