南丰：严格落实帮扶政策 助力残疾人自主创业

min-height: 1em; font-family: 思源黑体; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.4; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>连日来，在桑田镇天润草莓基地，身患残疾的付长全正在和工人们一起对草莓进行田间管理。琴城镇茅店村付家堡村小组村民付长全，因患有小儿麻痹症造成左脚偏瘸，落下残疾。面对不幸遭遇，付长全没有怨天尤人，而是更加勤奋努力。2015年，在县残联和桑田镇党委政府的帮扶下，付长全筹措资金160多万元，在桑田镇古城村租赁了100多亩田地，试种葡萄、草莓等水果，并注册成立了天润果品专业种植合作社。经过他几年的不懈努力，如今合作社年均产值突破70万元，辐射带动30多名残疾人就业。<br style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>今年我们这里是第六年种植，我们这里主要是请的残疾人和贫困户在这里干活，产量去年一年应该达到了三万斤，产值应该有六十万元左右，我们今年在南丰县国礼园跟南丰县曾巩文化园又增加了两个基地，今年天气也好，估计今年的产值要比去年翻一到两倍，也能带动更多的残疾人就业，如果今年产量提高了，明年又继续发展，纳入更多的贫困户和残疾人来帮我做事。</span>”</section><section style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; font-family: 思源黑体; letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.4; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;'>近年来，我县坚持兜底保障，推动各项残疾人帮扶措施落地落实。对残疾人在创业过程中遇到的技术困难开展“一帮一”结对帮扶，鼓励残疾人自主就业、自主创业。为激发残疾人创业的积极性和自觉性，我县还出台了残疾人自主创业扶持政策，并为17户创业残疾人发放扶持资金10万元，以引领更多的残疾人加入创业就业队伍。截止目前，我县共有50多名残疾人自主创业，辐射带动近600名残疾人就业增收。</section></section></section></section><p style='max-width: 100%;
