max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>二、超标两轮电动车集中登记时段：自2020年11月16日至2020年12月31日，此时段发放号牌和登记证不收取任何费用。自2021年1月1日起，我县超标电动自行车登记进入常态化管理。</span><span style='font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14pt; max-width: 100%; clear: both; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; min-height: 1em; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14pt; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>三、超标两轮电动车集中登记地点：为方便市民办理超标两轮电动车编号登记，在集中登记时段，在城区设立如下4个超标两轮电动车集中编号登记站：三叉路口老蜜桔市场门口、国安风情街小广场（巴厘岛酒店旁）、桔苑宾馆门口、醒侬公园小广场。</span><span style='font-family: 宋体; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>四、符合《电动自行车安全技术规范》(GB 17761-2018)国家标准规定、具有国家3C强制认证标志以及《江西省非机动车上牌登记产品目录》的电动自行车，给予发放正式号牌和登记证，需到南丰县公安局交警大队车管所办理编号登记;在2020年11月16日前购买的不符合《电动自行车安全技术规范》(GB 17761-2018) 国家标准规定、未纳入《江西省非机动车上牌登记产品目录》的电动自行车，给予发放临时号牌和登记证。根据公安部交管局2019年4月4日下发的《关于加强电动自行车安全管理工作的通知》文件精神，对在用不符合新旧标准的电动自行车设置过渡期，原则上不超过3年。2021年1月1日后不再发放临时号牌。</span><span style='font-family: 宋体; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>九、超标两轮电动车号牌应当安装在车辆尾部，并保持清晰、完整，不得故意遮挡、污损，不得转借、涂改。禁止伪造、变造、转借、涂改或者使用伪造、变造、失效的超标两轮电动车号牌。禁止使用其他非超标两轮电动车和新国标电动车的号牌、登记证。</span><span style='font-family: 宋体;
