word-break: break-all !important;'>土地集约化种植是发展现代农业的必由之路，是实现土地利用率最大化、农民增收实效化的有效途径。进入春耕备耕时节以来，我县进一步加大盘活土地资源力度，逐步推进农村土地向农业基地、产业大户、专业合作组织集中，让更多的农民从繁重的田间劳动中解放出来，使农民不仅可以获得流转土地的收入，还可以参与入股分红，在农业公司、专业合作社里面务工，实现农业现代化和乡村全面振兴。截至目前，全县已成立了农业公司172家，农民专业合作社1203个，农业基地6个，流转土地2万亩，吸纳农户760户，让2000多位农民在家门口实现就业。</span></section></section></section></section></section><p style='max-width: 100%;
