南丰：驻村第一书记发挥领头作用 助力农村经济发展回速提档

min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">日前，在太和镇前坊村贫困户崔淑金家的桔园里，驻村第一书记陈武昌和队员们正在详细了解她家桔园春管和春耕生产开展情况，并邀请农技人员教她进行大枝修剪。崔淑金告诉记者，受疫情影响，她家的蜜桔一度滞销，陈武昌得知后，多方联系蜜桔销售商帮助她家销售蜜桔。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">太和镇前坊村贫困户崔淑金说：“连心小分队他们对我很好，经常来我家，关心我，我去年的桔子销不出去，他们帮我销掉了，价钱卖得可以，我非常感谢他们。”</p><p style="text-align: center;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">前坊村共有17户贫困户，为了防止已脱贫贫困户因疫返贫，陈武昌和队员们多次上门走访，帮助他们解决生产生活方面的问题。同时统计蜜桔滞销库存信息，建立工作台账，积极引导蜜桔加工企业进村收购，目前已帮助贫困户销售蜜桔近3万斤。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">市城管局驻太和镇前坊村第五批“连心小分队”第一书记陈武昌说：“面对今年出现的这个疫情，为了防止贫困户有返贫现象，我们连心小分队深入摸排调查。经过摸排以后，精心分户施策，安排了几户做公益性岗位，同时也跟我们县就业劳动局和工业园区进行对接，安排合适人员去企业务工，确保他们脱贫不返贫，坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战。”</p><p style="text-align: center;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">在洽湾镇上店村，贫困户江香兰正在田里忙活着。今年49岁的她，在驻村扶贫小分队的帮助下，将自家5亩低效的桔园流转给了村里成立的农业发展公司，自己也被聘用在公司从事育秧工作，预计收入可比去年增加20％。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">洽湾镇上店村贫困户江香兰说：“我的田租给了公司了，400块钱一亩，我也给公司干活，120块钱一天，干得不会辛苦，天天有事做就有收入了。”</p><p style="text-align: center;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">疫情期间，上店村驻村扶贫第一书记与村两委积极行动，不仅解决了贫困户蜜桔滞销难题，还通过成立农业发展公司，优先流转贫困户的农田，并安排有劳动力的贫困户加入公司务工，进一步增加贫困户的收入。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-break: break-all !important;">洽湾镇上店村第一书记张森说：“今年是脱贫攻坚的决胜之年，我们将加大帮扶力度，围绕产业扶贫、就业扶贫等措施，确保如期完成脱贫攻坚的任务。”</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
